1) The G70 Database Manager is distributed free of charge at the full discretion of Roland Europe S.p.A. and their licensees without any obligation. Its license of use allows its free re-distribution.

2) The G70 Database Manager is protected under copyright laws. Roland Europe S.p.A. and its licensees are the owners of the software copyright as well as of all relevant intellectual property rights. Unless this may infringe any laws in force, modifying, uncompiling or decoding this software is forbidden.

3) In compliance with current law provisions, Roland Europe S.p.A. and its licensees bear no liability in the event of loss of data, failed profits, failed amortization of expenses for no kind of direct or indirect damages regardless of their causes.
